As a licensed esthetician, it's essential to have a cohesive brand that represents your unique style and approach to skincare. That's why I recently had the pleasure of collaborating with a licensed esthetician on a design project that included creating a business card, a brand aesthetic, a mural, and other essential design elements.
We started by discussing the esthetician's vision for her brand. She wanted a natural and organic feel that would appeal to her target market of health-conscious individuals. After, working together we pulled our favorite elements of the ideas above and came up with a final brand aesthetic.
Business Cards
We decided upon a butterfly motif because all clients that receive a Brazillian service are asked to lay down and put their legs in a butterfly position. We also used these colors and motifs throughout the rest of the branding elements, creating a cohesive and recognizable look.
For the business card, we kept things simple and elegant, with the logo taking center stage. We used high-quality paper and a minimalist design to create a high-end feel that would appeal to the esthetician's upscale clientele.
Mural Design
The mural was another exciting aspect of the project. I was able to create a beautiful and eye-catching mural that incorporated the brand's colors and motifs. It's now a focal point of the esthetician's studio, providing a perfect backdrop for social media posts and creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
T-Shirt Design
I designed the t-shirt and even heat-pressed it myself to give my client a beautiful matching shirt to go with her branding. Now Samantha is able to have a brand-matching shirt to wear when she sees her clients.
Digital Price Sheet
Overall, this project was a fantastic example of collaboration between a designer and a client. By working closely together and incorporating the client's vision into every aspect of the design, we were able to create a brand that truly represents the esthetician's unique style and approach.
